Participants in our unemployment insurance (UI) service receive various reports which keep them apprised of the status and liability of UI claims filed against their organizations. Below are samples of the reports.
Quarterly Activity Reports
Quarterly Activity Reports, in cumulative narrative format. These easy to read reports reflect every new claim filed or new action taken in each quarter.
Annual Benefit Charge Reports
Annual Benefit Charge Reports, which reflect total charges paid to each claimant in a calendar year. Narrative descriptions are included. Summaries provide additional detailed information.
Annual Cost Savings Summary Reports
Annual Cost Savings Summary Reports, which indicate your total claims activity, including an estimate of how much you saved as a result of our service.
Benchmark Reports
Benchmark Reports, available on request, compare a participant's UI claims activity and liability against numerous other California health care participants of similar size.
